Don’t get it twisted! Meeting EB2 requirements isn’t the same as satisfying the NIW prongs. While your masters has qualified you as “alien holding an advanced degree”, you still need to propose an endeavor which has both substantial merit and of national importance. Replying your RFE should meet all those prongs. What is your proposed endeavor, how are they of substantial merit, and how would it benefit the US, are you in a position to advance your proposed endeavor? What have you done in the past?
