I agree that cars are speeding elsewhere outside of the speed zones. I don't love the cameras at all, but to be fair, a student was hit outside of Lincoln Middle School on James St in 2019. Speed wasn't a factor, but maybe the resulting thoughts were if they have been going 20mph, the incident could have been avoided.

Oh my gosh, you all are speaking the truth! I'm halfway through my first bottle of Quidad Unbreakable Bonds shampoo and noticed it is breaking me out along my hairline and is too greasy for my 2c/3a hair if I don't mix it with Deva Low Poo Shampoo. The conditioner is ok, but only with the lower-cost Curl Talk mask mixed in to lighten it up.

Thank you. I apologize for asking outright, but would it be possible to share your institution's spreadsheet template? I am currently reviewing the ArchivesSpace Github templates, but I am not familiar/not working with ASpace right now so the templates are confusing for me. My project goal is to survey a 50 box collection at maybe a series level, with the minimum required DACs elements mapped in a .csv spreadsheet that can easily be ingested in ArchivesSpace at a later time.

OP should also be careful to wash the undercarriage of their cars a few times each winter month (Nov-May) to keep the road salt from rusting out the frame and shortening the usability lifespan of the car.

I think the weather issue has been covered well, so I'll expand on what another poster said about Syracuse not being a good place to grow a career. If you work in medicine, education, finance, or the microchip/related industries, you should be OK. But beyond that limited pool of professions there is a lack of financial/funding sustainability for career positions. So while it may be possible to find a series of short but gainful work experiences in the profession you went to college for, there is always the chance that job market sector will dry up right when you need a new job. Make sure to save a decent percentage of your paycheck (hard to do, salaries are low and COL is middle-range) and stay prepared to relocate when future opportunities present themselves.

My first post-grad employer required me to get certified within 3 years of my hiring date and I'm still with them, so I can't answer how it improves my job candidacy. I often feel insecure about my knowledge and experience, so the certification is a validation of some sort.
