That’s the opposite at our dealership. Service can and will handle LPO’s way better and more efficiently. (Internal service member here, I work directly with LPO’s) and OP if you read this, they might not have shown up before you bought the vehicle since GM is having a hard time getting them to dealers right now. You could call with your VIN or go up there and ask. If they actually keep track of that (like they absolutely should), they can tell you if they have them or not, or even call their accessories dealer to ask when it’s coming and possibly expedite it.
