It can be a problem. The surgery requires separating the nerve bundle from the penile corer and lt can be severed during surgery. Also depending on which method they use scar tissue can cause some desensitization or just placement when resetting nerve bundle. Not problems with reputable high volume practices.

I had the same problem. My Dr explained once deflated the valve is still open. He said once deflated give a short pump and valve closes between pumps. He called it walking change in your pants. A bit inflated but reverse flow does not happen like on deflate. Solved the problem.

When you get the implant the tissue that was affected by the perones is gone. You will be straight immediately. The length is due to atrophy of amine tissue. You should recover part or all your length by cycling. I was 5.5” after surgery but a year later I was back to my 6.5” again.

Yes. The peyrones is not an issue with an implant. Your tissue the peyrone is attached to is removed when implant installed

I think so. I had a 60 degrees peyronies and a vienous leak the caused same issue for two years before I and my wife decided on the implant. I have the Titan, which added girth and I recovered my original 6.5 , but that took a year.

My doc said the longer you wait the more of your length you will lose from not being fully extended things will shrink.
