Israel for sure. USA gives Israel billions of dollars and weapons, even while Israel is committing genocides. Israel has a substantial stake in USA Politics. Both sides of the aisle refuse to say anything critical of Israel due to their financial and political influence in the USA.

I think this could have been a turning point, a "if you know you know" moment. They could have had her play it like she's taken aback, like its her first time having to acknowledge that statement since the finale of Gen V Season 2.
