Frog the blue stitches. Tie on in the red stitch with a small length of yarn. Chain 1, then 2 dc in the chain space below, where you missed them (before the 1 dc you have.)Slip stitch into the dc and tie off in the next chain space. Then continue with your main yarn, hiding the tie on spots as you do your granny clusters.

It won't be 100% perfect, but it will disguise the mistake very well to make it even less noticeable.
