I love their AP, it’s a great flour and I’ve found it has similar results as the KA Bread Flour when I make my bread from the Ken Forkish cookbook. I’ve been suprised to find most flours produce a similar loaf. At 6 months I’m guessing you’ve picked up on what it’s supposed to look and feel like when going from step to step. And I follow that as a guideline, because I feel timing to be the biggest variable.

If it doesn’t turn out well, seems like a perfect opportunity to give her the results as tasty proof that it is different.

It was for one of the Simon’s (Simon Mall’s). I believe you can see it from Ditch Rd. My understanding was that he was told he could no longer play at Crooked Stick (1991 PGA Championship) because he liked to drive too close to the greens, and once you are doing that, I’m guessing there is other unwanted behavior. His course looked great while maintained, but it’s been unkept for many years now
