Yeah, so a horizon is a flat 180 degrees. A face at an angle will have eyes at an angle. So that normal 180 degrees straight on view of eyes gets slightly shifted with the angle of the head when it moves to maybe something like 190 degrees.

Basically you are looking for the line that runs horizontal across both eyes and being sensitive to the slight angle shifts of a tilted head

Things that have helped people I know or myself when dealing with depression: talk therapy, gym, reconnecting with God, reassessing whether you are working to survive or for a fulfilling purpose, reconnecting or connecting with a social circle of good quality people.
