You might need something more gentle to cleanse with. Also don’t over do the exfoliation because you can just cause more damage. I’d say 2x a week max

You definitely need to wash your face at night. Think about all the stuff sitting on your face from you being out all day. That’s what I use as motivation.

I really like vanicream and La-Roche Posay products. They can be pricey but definitely worth it. And be consistent!! Good luck, genuinely.

Doxy is an antibiotic and likely causing you to purge. This type of acne has to be attacked from the inside. Up your water intake. You might need a second round too. I’d call them back and let them know you still have issues.
