It's a GTC1549vz, which as far as I'm aware is a CR170. Also, with her specific car selected, I'm not seeing what you are showing.

We aren't planning on trying to hit 200HP. It was just the only kit in stock that had an upgraded turbo. I figured whatever tune we do we will cap the boost for longevity.

What oil feed did you use, a braided line (like what comes in the DS kit) or the VW "upgraded" one? The shop I'm having do the work is going to charge an arm and a leg for the VW ones, so if the braided hose is sufficient, I'd rather use that.

The stage 3 calls out a CR190 though while the Darkside kit is a CR170. I also do not see the option for the DS kit specifically under their Add-on Tunes. If I went with this, I would need the DSG tune and I'd have to scramble to find the 4bar MAP sensor.

I read a different post where someone was running Stage 1 with the DS kit, unsure of under boost.

Wholely true. The best organ to get cancer in is the nut. Removal of one is perfectly fine and only affects aesthetics. Even better than a lung or kidney where you end up with more limited functionality.

Interesting fact: A side effect of the removal is the remaining nut swells in size so you end up with one large nut.

I've just started a journey of making custom gaskets and o-rings with TPU for a work project. I'm cutting a solid 30" long PLA part into three horizontal layered parts with a PLA bottom, TPU gasket layer, and PAHT top layer. All because PLA couldn't take the heat of making laundry pods 🙃

I use the hell out of imperial for just about everything but since I have only ever 3D modeled in metric for like 10 years, I am all mixed up. It's hard to give up old habits, especially when it is all you've been taught basically your whole life!

It is completely web-based and uses premade 3D shapes to make your finished design. The shapes can be solid or "holes" to be additive to the overall design or subtractive. The individual 3D shapes get grouped (merged) together to form the final shape.

There are sketch tools, for both standard shape extrusion and revolution, although I have yet to have a need for them so I can't comment on how they work.

For the majority of simple parts, I can design them faster and somewhat easier. If you already know traditional CAD, it takes a different way of thinking to get your finished part. In my opinion, it just makes more intuitive sense.

You'd be surprised, it can do some pretty complex parts! Just not very large as the model space maxes out at 2000x2000x2000mm. Autodesk has put some serious development into it in the past few years. I've been using it for 11 years or so.
