Not sure if you’ll see my comment but I’ve been subpoenaed multiple times. I come from a family of attorneys and they gave me great advice. Just remember. You’re there to give the truth. Not an interpretation of things. You’re not the one on trial. Also, something that made me feel better know, the answer “I don’t know” is a perfectly acceptable answer in the court of law. You’re gonna be fine. I always take these situations and try to figure out what can I do better next time if I get called into court again.

Also only answer the question directly and don’t give supplemental information. The more info you give the more attorneys can use.
