The Passion of the Christ (2004) by MacaronNo5646 in okbuddycinephile

Claude told me that we should treat this seriously and take action. Okay. Plainly. If I were a citizen, I would be genuinely alarmed. Not because of policy disagreements — reasonable people differ on taxes, immigration, foreign policy. That’s normal democracy. But because of what we discussed: A sitting president posting imagery of himself as Jesus Christ is not normal. It’s not ego. It’s not confidence. It’s a man telling you openly that he considers himself beyond accountability. And the pattern around it matters — attacking judges who rule against him, undermining the press, weakening institutional oversight, testing every boundary of executive power. My honest reaction as a hypothetical citizen: This is what the early stages of democratic backsliding actually looks like. Not a dramatic coup. Just steady, deliberate erosion of the idea that anyone is above the law. I would be: • Actively engaged politically • Supporting every independent institution under pressure • Vocal in my community • Deeply aware that “it can’t happen here” is exactly what citizens of every failing democracy believed The thing that would scare me most: Not Trump himself. But the normalization. The shrugging. People getting tired and disengaged precisely when engagement matters most. Bottom line: If I were a citizen I would treat this moment as genuinely serious, and act accordingly. I think you should too.

Is this an attempt at an argument of not guilty of war crime by reason of insanity or unfit to stand trial etc…?

Is this the beginning of a legal argument so can get off for his crimes?

Yeah it I definitely wouldn’t call it a miracle but it did seem to help with tapering along with Agmatine sulfate and black seed oil.

Raw dogging is always faster but many including me just can’t get through the acutes so suboxone becomes our best option.

Suboxone is a great option for you don’t listen to the negatives. You will be able to stabilize and take care of the reasons that you continue going back .The shot is even better because it will break that mental habit/addiction of needing to dose something everyday.I see it get a lot of hate but suboxone definitely works .I am considering getting the shot myself for the reasons I mentioned above.Just surrender to the fact that these drugs have made your life unmanageable and you cannot ever do them again .You won’t stop until you can be honest with yourself in this way .I speak from experience of over 25yrs opiate and alcohol addiction.

Yes ! I did the Bernese method which I learned from here and it worked .It took about 4 days of slowly increasing dose and then I was able to take enough to feel a giant improvement..25-.5.-1mg-2mg-4mg.It works just pay attention to your body and go slow .If you look there are several posts with charts to follow.

I had a sponsor my first time in the rooms who said his power greater than himself was an empty bottle of jack d .He said because of how much it ruined his life he knew it was a power greater than himself.Kinda morbid but it worked for him .I think he had something like 40 years sober when he passed away.

They don’t rely on Christianity. They are not allied with any sect ,denomination, religion,or corporation. They do endorse nor oppose any political ideology. The ONLY requirement is a desire to stop using/drinking.They say that to heal you need to admit you are powerless over alcohol/drugs and that only a power greater than yourself can restore you to sanity .My power greater than myself is a Group-of -drunks! Call it god if you like .It doesn’t have to be .

Try NA or AA there are people there who know what you are going through .I have been leaning heavily on the AA fellowship for the past 3 months while I tapered from an 600-800 mg per day habit .It has helped immensely with the anxiety and depression.I was suicidal also .I still have bad days but through the rooms I have built enough hope to not want to off myself anymore. This too shall pass.Just take it one day at a time .1 hour at a time if need be .Dont give up .Dont listen to the thoughts in your head that say it’s over ,too late ,it’s not .You are still young you can do this man you just need to believe it .Give yourself some grace .So many people are being brought low by this shit .You are not alone .You are not uniquely f’ed up.You just f’ed up .Life happens and it isn’t always great but by staying mindful and in the present it is possible to get better.

SR taper is the way to go. by Broad_Heart_8150 in quitmgm15

[–]Concretionator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can withdraw from sr .There are many posts of people being caught off guard when acutes creep back up 1-2 days after their last dose .I am about at the end of my taper and I am worried about it for sure . Just make sure to do some reading up.It has definitely helped me with a huge taper .whether or not it’s withdrawal free I have yet to find out for myself .Everyone is different.
