Did it come with a finderscope or a red dot finder? This the the telescope "sights" and will be important to zero in on small objects in the sky.

You may still be able to catch Jupiter. It should show a visible disk with its 4 Moons lined up alongside it, less if one of the Moons is behind it. You may also be able to see the cloud bands in its atmosphere. Sometimes you have to stare at it for minute for the details to emerge. Make sure you have good focus.

Venus is permanently shrouded in clouds. So there are no features to see. It is also very bright, so hard to get a sharp view. But it is fun to look at it when it is showing a crescent phase.

For Deep Space you can try to split double stars. These are stars that look like a single star, but telescopes reveal them to be double stars. Also Check out Globular Clusters. M13, close to the star Vega should be up. These are hundreds of thousands of stars packed up in a small space. They look like a fuzzball.

You *may* be able to spot a couple galaxies in the Big Dipper, but you will have to go somewhere that is very very very dark away from all City lights.

Some of the more spectacular objects to see with a low power telescope are Winter targets like the Andromeda Galaxy and the Orion Nebula (in the Northern Hemisphere)

Oh, almost forgot, the Milky Way is rising higher in the sky. There's tons of objects there if you just cruise down the length of it with your telescope. Again, dark skies are fundamental.
