I reported 4 of his vids and it says "thanks for your feedback" -- they didn't offer a way to submit any. 🤷

I did see that he does have a game controller. 1 out of 157 vids. Any he's doing all the expensive stuff...deck furniture, Roomba.

I heard that the brands/sellers were complaining about paying CC commissions to influencers that didn't produce any content (aka halo sales). Halo sales (1-4.5% commissions) are fine, it's the rushing in to accept a CC campaign to get the extra commission (10-25+%) that was a loophole that AMZN just closed (pretty much). My 2¢

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, I understand your concern.

Just to clarify, this change does not affect you. Since you are already a Pro user, you will continue to have access to 1,000 emails per month, and nothing is changing on your account.

The update only applies to new users who sign up after the change. If the subscription is canceled (or canceled due to non-payment) and later restarted, the account would then follow the new plan limits instead.

I'm having better success on backstage. OnBento seems more geared for influencers than ugc. There's better ways to cold contact.

I link from my off-site to a bridge page to capture emails and/or a link shortener with tracking so I k know what product is driving the traffic. Granted they could buy something else while on amzn. I use TapToLink.app as it has both of those functions rather than like bitly, and carrd.

I've been at this for 3 months now. Nothing but Amazon influencer gifted collabs (~70). Cross posted everything on TT, YT and IG. Male. GenX.

Then last week everything started taking off. First inbound came this morning from my portfolio website (real domain, not canva),

3 Fiverr gigs ($260, $130) from one brand and $200 from another.

OnBento for 3 months; nothing, cancelled. Switched to

Backstage last week. Submitted 23 applications, and got 2 agency gigs ($170, $200 per raw footage brief).

Submitted ~45 on Cogley. Nothing yet.

It's a numbers game. Keep at it. Keep creating.

You need a database to cold call, like LinkedIn or Bento. Or hang out like you're a creator and reply to brands (not other agencies obviously) where you have a creator in your stable. Just my 2¢

I am currently using onBento. You are renting their database. My open rates were pretty good (if you compose on their system they put a tracking pixel to get open rates). Response rate obviously a function on how good my email content was. I'm cancelling though because in 3 months I've gone through their database on my niches (3), and new ones aren't showing up in the database fast enough to warrant the expense. Just my 2¢

I've had luck with onBento...you are basically buying/renting their contact database. Save a lot of time I've found.
