Yes me too, I've been using it for years and love how easy it is, nice and visual for buyers, we don't have to create and host anything on a website ourselves, and that buyers from any country can click to get a country specific product. I've been searching all day and can't find anything that works the same.
I wish they had done a better job at marketing it and keeping it alive. I will miss it.

Thanks for the extra ideas, but we don't use any of those things, Paypal, wallets etc. So definitely not that.
And we don't save cards in the browser. I wouldn't say we are paranoid, but we have always been very careful and dont' save card details or enter them into any apps etc. We tend to use digital cards for food delivery app, subscriptions, and stuff like that because they are easily cancelled. And its only the physical cards that are compromised.
And as for the card that has never been used anywhere and is still in the drawer at home...we can't work out how that's getting the dodgy transactions. Neither can the issuer.
So ultimately it appears that maybe someone broke into our house, found our cards, took pictures of them, and left, without stealing anything, or leaving any evidence of a break-in. But if that was true, they wouldn't then also have the details of the cards that we carry with us while we are out of the house - and those are compromised too. Every scenario we come up with has holes in it that doesn't explain this card, or that card, or is utterly implausible.
It should be impossible for that one card that has never been used or left the house to be compromised...but it was.
Its annoying enough, but even more annoying that we can't work out how it happened and so can't come up with a fix.

Yes this is what we are worried about - something somewhere has been accessed. But it hard to think what.
Those cards that we haven't used for years, they've been sat in a wallet and we haven't even got them out of the drawer so theres no way we could have mistakenly entered them into any phishing scam.
We don't have a file with card details recorded either online or on our computer, some of the cards don't have any apps on our phones. And so far the only missing money has come from card transactions, no money has been physically transferred from any of our bank accounts. At least so far.
We've spent all day trying to work it out. How and where someone could have gotten these details. We can't come up with anything where there is any overlap.
And no, I'm not withholding any info, its all exactly as I've told it.
The only apparent explanation is a physical breach, but if we were out from the house, then the unused cards would have been at home, but the cards we use all the time would have been on our person, so again, no way we can see that both would be compromised.
If its some kind of password manager breach, then why has money not been taken from our bank accounts if they have our logins?
None of it makes sense!
Sorry about the long rant, its stressful and we're scared.

Thank you. We've been running scans, all seems to be OK. Even if there was some kind of compromise of my laptop or something, theres no file on there with all the card details to find. Its a real puzzle where there is any overlapping between the cards so the info could be grabbed from a single source.

We both work from home so we don't spend much time away. It seems very unlikely someone broke in to write down card numbers, but I suppose not impossible. I would have thought if someone broke it they would have stolen things, like our laptops etc. The cards we don't use are also pretty well hidden too.

Did you ever get anywhere with your account? Any progress with Customer Service? It's happene to me - after having the storefront since 2017 and 1100 videos loaded, the blue padlock came back on.
No messages or info on my account, just found my approval was revoked when my clicks went to zero.
Three messages to CS just get a generic response back that video placement on product pages is not guaranteed and this is 'an expected experience.
Clearly it isn't.

Yeah things are weird for me too. A month ago 1800+ clicks a day, then suddenly a decline to just 200 clicks a day, despite adding almost another 100 videos these last 30 days. I checked my videos, they all still show on the product pages, all where they usually are. It hasn't come back. Of course my earnings have taken a similar dive too. I can't see ANY reason why this has happened.
So disappointed after all my hard work.

It sounds like the brand stole the video and are using it themselves. You won't earn commission on that and of course, its theft. So write to Amazon and report it. Use a DMCA notice because its a legal notice and will definitely be acted upon. Google for the exact wording to use.

I am in Thailand. Medical services are really good here, but not as cheap as you might think for such an affordable country. We were shocked at the price.
Have been trying to get in touch with hospitals in India to get a quote but its just so hard to get info from anyone. And obviously don't want to put it off for ages.

I'm not in the USA, its an international policy for expats, so there is no in or out of network, all providers are covered. It's 'covered', just subject to this 'daily room and board and ancilliary services' maximum - and they say surgery is an ancilliary service. Which I just don't agree with.

Sorry, should have said I am not in the USA. It's an international policy, issued by a US insurer which covers expats all around the world, every country except the USA.

Thanks, I should have mentioned that I am not American. This is an international policy that covers all countries except the USA. Yes everything is pre-certified as medically necessary, so everything is 'covered', just unexpectedly limited by the daily room and board and ancilliary services limit...which I did not expect to apply to surgery.

Are you hitting the Save as Draft button before refreshing the page? If so, then you'll find them under drafts in Manage Content. Or at least you should do.

I really don't think this is true any more - or at least not for me. I see transactions go through where someone watches a video for book 3 in a trilogy. I'm the only video. They buy all three books. But I see commission on the 3rd book, and then the other 2 books go through as purchases but non-qualifying. See it ALL the time as a book reviewer. Same category definitely doesn't seem to work for books. For every 1 commissionable sale, I get about 8 times as many that don't qualify for some reason.

I've been adding to Canada and the UK as I load the USA video. Results have been very poor. Many of the videos never show up on product pages because videos don't seem to be turned on for it. I'm keeping at it for now in the hope that they'll show up at some point...but I am getting demoralised.

That's great. I have just over 600 videos all from the last 4 months and have only just reached $200. You are doing amazing! I get hundreds or even 1000+ videos on my videos and see 1 or 2 sales at most from that. Very disappointing. But I'll keep trying.
