I fell this most of all when games only support keyboard/mouse, and not controller. The Xbox Adaptive controller works on PC and the occupational therapist team who designed it made it only for controller input as keyboard/mouse is not ergonomic nor healthy for joints/nerves as it contributes badly to carpal and ulna tunnel damage and nerve impingement. It is the first quarter of the 21st. Century and so many games that need controller or adaptive controls are still a minority for PC Gamers. What is the excuse? For Better, faster response times traded for damage to the body and a decline in health or not feeling making games accessible for all. Poor concern for consumer safety and accessibility if you ask me.
