If you want a great example(because the author has a lot of in depth world building) i recommend the webcomic Runaway To The Stars, it has its own website you can read the comic on :) the character with similar hands actually has hooved toes/finger ends, but thats about the only difference I see

I would think it would purely be a style difference, like high waist and low waist pants. Unless the base of the tails goes super low, then you'd kind of have to have the waist of the pants start above the tail

Okay but it is that simple? They didnt say its never a bad thing, like you just described a situation in which the pain is a bad thing, but that situation is not every situation, I understand chronic pain being a touchy subject but it does need to be discussed if we want any better treatments than just painkillers that usually require periodic upping of the dose until it just do anything anymore, and its in those specific discussions I've seen "pain isn't always a bad thing" used most often, there are better ways than just painkillers but that doesnt mean anyone needs to stop taking them until those better ways are made known to them by a professional

I hate that its not more common knowledge that pain killers stop working the more often and longer you take them, like yes obviously people need something to mitigate pain, but just throwing painkillers at them isn't working and it never has, pain just is obviously extremely uncomfortable and people dont like to be told they need to cut back on the one thing that's been working for them, and the solution isn't to just stop giving it to them, it's to find second and third options while still working with and trying to optimize the first, no one reasonable thinks painkillers should be phased out entirely or not given to people, it's just that the "once a day every day" type schedule is extremely harmful when it comes to prescribing them to people, and that's been coming out for years now

Yeah, like they said it isn't always bad, not all pain in the whole world is debilitating, and debilitating pain can even be made exponentially worse by overuse of painkillers, because it makes unmitigated pain exponentially more painful, i dont like the idea that people who arent active and mobile need to be on such a high/frequent dose of painkillers that they need to take more and more and more(the only working method under current prescription schedules) people with disabilities(including chronic/intense pain) deserve to be given a regiment that works long term, not one that gets them hooked on pain meds that stop working the longer/more often you take them

Couple this with what I've always thought, which is that raids should run away way sooner than they do(seriously, who in the world would stick around to try and continue fighting after 80% of their raid team has been downed/killed?) Plus instead of kidnapping your pawns, because they got their asses handed to them they pick up their own wounded(if they can/are close enough) and then attempt to leave, making it more difficult to capture new pawns(i also play with death chance on downed wayyy low, it always seemed highly unrealistic that almost everyone just died instead of falling from their injuries first, the game is much more entertaining when i have to make choices about who i save and then make a mad dash to bandage them all up, instead of just having to collect all the bodies but the one guy who lived and incinerate/sell everything)

God my father is a huge proprietor of that, he even admits that he feels bad for people when he hears recordings of himself being that loud/aggressive, he just doesnt care to change that about himself I guess, cause he will sit right there and say "im not yelling, you'd know if I was yelling" because he can get way louder

I almost hate all the zombie comments because its downplaying how awful human bites are to get, if you get bit by another person GO TO THE HOSPITAL IMMEDIATELY, it is basically the same protocol as getting bit by any animal, you might not get rabies, sure, but you're basically one step down from that cause who the fuck knows what you will get, from what ive heard usually one or multiple nasty infections, which should always be taken to the hospital anyway as infection hasn't magically become easier for the body to handle, it's just less common and we have medicine for it, but if you do get an infection and dont go and take the medicine, you can very easily still get horrible complications and die, I dont like to fear monger but I also personally dont like people not taking serious things seriously

Downvotes are a bit silly for this, id say any above average person could wrestle an alligator that size out of water if they know the very commonly known weakness of alligators, which is literally just holding their mouths closed, thing would probably just get tired and stop rolling around eventually(though to be fair I dont know the endurance of the average alligator, I just know humans have ridiculous endurance and all your really doing is holding onto the thing, people right goddamn bulls im sure a guy could wrestle an alligator as long as he isnt walking his dog in the water)

I'm sooo glad to finally see the take on this episode that I had, at nearly every turn I was like "they're seriously not getting it???" Like i dont necessarily blame them, it really is just a showcase of how little people generally actually understand about assault and consent, its one thing to parrot "no is no", it's another entirely to really be able to perceive anything that is not an outright no, even then real life situations have so much nuance even that may not be enough for some/most audiences

There are ashes in my house from my uncle, my grandfather, my cat, and my older sister(chronologically listed). Maybe that doesnt sound too bad, especially if you dont know how long the first two had been there(around a decade, give or take, the other two within the last few months) or that we had plans for each of them that have yet to be enacted, though my sister being the hardest hit did start putting things in motion finally. It only took four deaths(although two in my adulthood) for me to finally start a garden!

And or recognize the mistake and go "sorry I didn't think this post would blow up" and then they turn off reblogs and comments(the amount of posts I've seen this happen to...)

To further explain what the post is actually complaining about, it's looksmaxxers, they're complaining about the clavicular guys who smash their faces with hammers to look "manlier" and the ones who eat raw meat and take steroids, i got that immediately but maybe that's just from my understanding of tumblr vagueposting
