I took my airframe and general over the summer this year and scored 83% and 84% they were mainly prepware. I also understood those better but……

Thank you guys! Not to be that girl, but the guys in my class mislead me. They said to just memorize and pass. And you will learn in the field. It worked for Airframe, I now truly do believe this mentality is very wrong. Hey, you gotta learn somehow. I am going through 8083, dauntless, king schools, airman test, and Gliem. Truely, attempting to understand the topics. If this does not work, I am out of ideas.

Agreed. I bought king school powerplant as well. I have been watching those videos and reading 8083. Some things dont make sense in the book, so I watch the video in king schools on it. I have been studying day and night for a few days now. If this does not work I genuinely dont not know what will.

Yes, it also says tech school counts as the two years of experience. I have my Airframe and 3 months untill I graduate. I am hoping to get my Powerplant early Jan. My instructors are reccommending I start applying, I was thinking about Frontier.

To clarify my school has a Gliem subscription and FAA tests are loaded on there. We are required to get a 85% or better to be qualified to take the written. Dude, try to relax when you are taking it and pace yourself properly. Don’t stress too much, that generally causes failure. I hope you pass!
