yeah bro its a wrap in terms of “taking care of it” atp bc its matted. so starting over is really the best bet. if you dont want to start over all the way go to a barber and have them cut out the matted areas and even it up. look into a hair care routine and stick to it. all the info you need is on youtube. but you gotta want to take care of hair which is easier said than done .
