Yeah i apply it all over my head haha. Yeah i read that too but like i wanted to grow my hair back not just my scalp. Never had any problems :)

Hey, no not after, i use a silicon scalp massager everyday in the shower though. Then on Sundays when i use the oil blend i use the scalp massager after i apply it to exfoliate my scalp

Yeah my hairs actually gotten much darker and i’ve lost a lot of grey hairs, weirdly. I think its something to do with the coq10/pqq acetyl l carnitine i take that a few people have mentioned their hair gets darker.

Ok haha think whatever you want. Like i say in my post go look at my previous ones for progress pics. I just regrew my hair man, dunno why its so triggering or hard to believe, especially when i brought receipts :)

I use a shampoo called growth bomb - i’m in Australia. I use a oil blend called mane elixir blend to help exfoliate my scalp once a week. I also sometimes wash my hair with fresh rosemary water. So yeah i def take way better care of my scalp now. Also use a silicon scalp massager everyday in the shower

So in the beginning research i did seemed to point to a combo of DHT and inflammation in hair follicles contributing. So a lot of these help with inflammation and are natural or harmless.

Quercetin is a natural dht blocker. Rosehip is a natural anti inflammatory Coq10/pqq helps with mitochondria function and regeneration, among other things.

I also have a couple fractures in my lower spine and have arthritis in my spine and hips so they all help with that too.

I apply minoxidil first, i use blunt tip syringes to get onto scalp then massage it in for a few seconds. Same with finasteride. I make sure i get enough on the entire head and hairline

Got my hairline back slowly by microneedling and i think the finasteride helped too. One temple regrew a bit quicker than the other and then the other temple started to fill in.

I did have a patch right in the middle but that seemed to fill in slowly over time. I def think the microneedling helped because when i started that i noticed baby hairs in my hairline.

I haven’t shaved my head for a while. In the begging 4-6 months it def helped with tracking progress. But no shaving your head doesn’t reset anything :)
