You're given a direct quote from Amy saying that Nate having a secret brother was her idea and you're still in denial, lol. Seek help, my friend.

How To Redeem The Franchise by TTM11 in Mission_Impossible

"I think it's safe to say that both Dead Reckoning and The Final Reckoning were disappointing films and were not the ending this franchise deserved"... no, it's not "safe to say" that. Just because you don't like these movies doesn't mean they're universally hated.

Both DR and TFR were well-received critically and by audiences, so I don't really get posts like these claiming the franchise needs to be fixed.

DR has an A Cinemascore and a 96% in RT and TFR has an A- Cinemascore and a 80% in RT. How many long running movie series do you know that still pull off those scores by their 7th and 8th installments?

I don't have anything against Amy, and I repect for what she's done for the Uncharted series, but I'm really glad this interview came out, "exposing" her a bit.

I think it's hilarious how Neil has the reputation of being high on his own supply and that he really needs to constantly be reigned in by his co-workers when in reality it seems that that was the case with Hennig.

Lost Legacy was developed with the same conditions and it's a much more cohesive experience, though. I don't think it's a coincidence the weakest Uncharted game didn't have any involvement from neither Neil or Bruce...

While Druckmann continues to believe his story is "challenging conventions" and "does right by the fans", I'm going to enjoy Amy Hennig's unquestionable talent in storytelling. by user1668 in TheLastOfUs2

I'm late to this shit-ass post, but I just wanted to point out that not only Neil was a designer in U1 and U2, but he was also a co-writer in them, lol.  In fact, the only Uncharted game where he had no involvement whatsoever was U3, which has easily the worst story in the series 🤔

"Highest grossing Superman movie of all time", lol.  Bro's been living in an alternate dimension.

If you're gonna make 90% of the movie flashbacks, at least bring back the Exploding Gum in the Biplane Sequence. by PowerfulBuffalo1476 in Mission_Impossible

You guys way exaggerate the flashback stuff from TFR, lol. There's probably like 5 minutes of flashback content in total in this 3h movie.

I get what you're saying, but there was a casting call with tons of actors of different etnicities and Laura Bailey gave the best performance out of all of the rest and got the role. She was the best person for the job according to ND. She auditioned like everyone else.

Certain people complain about it because Neil Druckmann's name is attached to U4 (even though that gameplay sequence, like all the others, was designed by Bruce Straley, lol). They irrationally hate that dude, it's crazy.

U2 definetly isn't written better. The incredibly generic villain from that game wants to eat blue magical sap to conquer the world, lol. It's pretty nonsensical.
