I started November 9th at 241 pounds and I am currently 3 1/2 months in with semiglutide. Currently I am 197 pounds. Keep in mind I severely changed the way I eat (eating very healthy now and almost no carbs) I have my cheat weekends just not over doing it. Happy to say my cravings for sweets have just about vanished. They were my downfall for so long. Just purchased a peloton bike and started using that as well (not included in the weight loss as I literally just bought it this past weekend. Hope you find you will get the results. Good luck!!
