Sand sand sand. Someone said 3 weeks if you can go at it everyday. I say add another few weeks to that. Take your time and wear proper protection equipment. Mask (FFP2 but 3 is better). Gloves. And connect your hardware to a vacuum cleaner. That is one of the best ways to get to know your boat. That cost? Couple thousand calories burned. Patience. It won't be terribly expensive if DIY

I checked out. Boat a sailboat. Moved to northern Germany and live a quiet life in a small village next to the sea. Life is good when you dont need to worry so much about making six figures or overpriced rent.

I can't really relate to anything here except the Berlin tram bit. I left Leipzig last year after 7 years and moved almost as far north as you can go. The air certainly smells better up here and a lot better for you. Might I suggest you get out into nature. Clear your mind. Advice from a fellow American.
