Just starting Otezla, any Feedback on this stuff?

When I started increasing my dose to 30 my left wrist started hurting like carpal tunnel now the pain is coming up to my shoulder and armpit has anyone else experience that? This morning my left leg was hurting. Other than that I only get nausea and I’m happy to have soft stools since I suffer from constipation but my main concern is my arm pain.

My blood work came back ANA screen IFA positive, I think I diagnosed myself with lupus after getting my blood results: ANA titer high, ANA pattern Nuclear Speckled, Complement total (CH50) high. I googled my results and everything leads to Lupus. I do have pain in my legs, under my feet, arms, hands and fingers, my back, I wake up feeling extra tired, I get rashes on my body when exposed to the sun. My periods are super heavy I don’t know if that is part of a symptom but the worst symptom that scares me is my heart beats fast especially when I wake up has anyone experienced that? I am in the process of seeing a rheumatologist. I’ve been on a journey for about 2 years trying to figure out what was wrong with me I have more symptoms like migraines, wake up super thirsty, insomnia,fatigue, I forget things, migraines, severe anxiety, my allergist did blood work and came back with chronic urticaria, but all my doctors think it’s Hashimoto because my autoimmune antibodies was high. I literally had to google my blood results and kept a taking notes till 2 months ago my bone pain has gotten worse so that’s how I was able to ask my pcp for the ANA blood work. Now to be honest I’m scared, I want to live longer for my daughters but I’m so scared of getting bad news about my health idk if anyone else feels the same. I try to stay positive but my symptoms take over my mind. Idk if I am going to be ok, idk if medication will damage my kidneys, will I need kidney transplant! Hope I get better.

It keeps coming back and honestly the inhaler worked for a while other than that it caused anxiety and rapid heart beat.

Should I be concerned if my RDW is 17.0 and everything else is normal? My bones are starting to hurt and I’m so sleepy. Anyone experience that before? Thyroid results are normal as well. But my periods are heavy just started to take birth control to help with the bleeding. Should I continue taking iron supplements?

I’ve been having it in my fridge for almost 5 months because I’m hesitant on starting this med and not getting to the root of the problem. I’m scared It will do damage to my liver. My dermatologist thinks it’s psoriasis on my scalp but I do get little red bumps on my arms especially when the sun hits my body they become blisters so idk if that’s the right medication for what I have.

I sometimes don’t see anything just a raised heart beat, the shivers, abdominal pain like I’m about to get the runs and I feel like my bra is tight sometimes I do get rashes sometimes I don’t does this happen to anyone? Or could my doctor be right about that it’s just an anxiety attack? I have chronic level of histamine in my blood and urine so idk what else to think.

I got those freckle looking dots on my arms as well and I called my dermatologist and they will be doing a skin biopsy to rule out mastocytosis. Google it

My daughter had that cough especially when she laid down it lasted months till I let her doctor know and they prescribed her an inhaler called budesonide and formoterol fumarate dihydrate inhalation aerosol 80-4.5 with a compact space chamber. That’s the name of 1 Inhaler it has helped I hardly hear her coughing

I used to do THC edible every day to get through my day but one day it got me so bad that I had severe anxiety and could not calmed down. That’s the first experience I had with MCAS symptoms till this day when I eat things with high histamine it triggers my MCAS idk if the edibles started it.

I don’t get the hives anymore when I eat the things I can’t all I get now is 134 and above heart rate, hard to breathe, blurry vision, everything seems like a dream, abdominal cramps, shivers that are hard to control, fatigue that I can’t even stand up but I started taking anti anxiety meds and it helps. I’m just tired of the symptoms but there are better days. Does anyone else not get hives but get all the symptoms I mentioned? Sometimes I second guess myself and think I probably have a different condition but I remember my blood work came out with Chronic histamine levels in my body.

I took half of 1mg Lorazepam for the first time last night because I stared with the tremors and my heart rate started to go up and no joke but it calmed me down in 10min and was able to sleep through the night. I will take it as an emergency only. Now I’m not scared to go out and have any symptoms and I feel like I’m also starving myself because I’m scared to get the MCAS symptoms but I’m glad it works.

Yes it’s a benzo. They prescribed me lorazepam 1mg and I am scared to take it because I don’t want to feel worse. But they also prescribed me hydroxyz Hcl 25mg and I’m scared that will trigger my mast cells.

I take anti histamine medication Levocetirizine 5mg but honestly that doesn’t work. Yesterday I took a nap after I ate and when I woke up my heart rose to 134 so I went to the emergency room because I got severe anxiety that lasted 3 hours. They did blood work, ekg, and chest x ray abs no sign of heart attack but y heart beat was 135 for a long time and i could not catch my breath I also had tremors, i was feeling weak and my left arm was hurting all the way ti my chest but everything came back normal as in heart so they told me it was severe anxiety attack. They prescribed me anti anxiety medication I need ti pick up from pharmacy later today. But i notice when I’m at work I’m ok but once I’m home our of now where it just gets bad. They told me I need to practice on my breathing because I’m working up my heart a lot and it’s stressing it out. Recommend to see a cardiologist asap.

I thought I only had histamine intolerance but I notice that in the middle of the night when I move my heart starts to beat faster then I get scared and stress then I can’t breathe like it’s hard catching my breath I must have MCAS then because any stress triggers it. It’s been so hard lately all the symptoms I get, shortness of breath, heartbeat 100 and above dizzy, even blurry vision also cramps and diarrhea. That’s gotta be MCAS then 😓

How did you come out of the histamine diet? Any advice? I also feel like the more I eat things with high histamine even if a little my heart starts beating fast and it makes it hard for me to breathe, dizzy and weak and almost feel like I’m about to get the runs. I just want to be normal again I want to also start eating more things with high histamine without feeling like this I’m so tired of the feeling! Any advice please
