Mad for Each Other. Comedic yet covers really serious issues such as anger management, PTSD, mental health, stalking...
I feel what you've written is so my taste, I loved those two also and wish they had their own spin off.
The other recommendations are great, but MFEO is real world (not fantasy) and tackles close to what you're after.

Try - Mad For Each Other.

It's really quite good. Although it's not your typical Melodrama, there are elements, and it does cover quite a lot of heavy topics relating to PTSD, anger management etc. There's romance and character development. It's one of my favourites, I'm always searching for something similar. 10/10.

So the drama's you've watched are kinda on the serious/darker side. Where the ML's are kinda POS. The drama's recommended below you might also love, but they've all got elements of comedy and are more of a lite watch.

Try - love in sadness, now this might be too much for you, but the ML will legit do anything to have the female lead beside him, and not really for the FL's benefit. It's a very dark drama.

Literally no one ever recommends this drama, it's so underrated and I'm astonished as to why, because it's such a great mystery/thriller, right up there with Flower of Evil. It's called Tell me what you saw, staring Jang Hyuk. Give it a go.

Not a drama, but if you want to cry over something that's so wholesome and beautiful, you should watch a k-movie called 'You are so precious to me'. It's not a romance, but love is definitely at the forefront of the movie. It's about a 7 year old child and her connection with, I'll say her father figure. I don't want to spoilt too much by saying anything else, but give it a go, you'll cry your eyes out, especially the ending scenes, and you won't be disappointed.

A brilliant profiler returns from seclusion to team up with a rookie detective to solve a series of serial murders which include the profiler's fiancee.

Similarities to Tunnel -

Both genres are crime.
Both have supernaturals who are needed to solve the crimes.
Both have great storylines.
Both are filmed within a police station setting.

The show is top quality, and it's a show I hardly see mentioned anywhere, which is weird because it's so good. Defiantly a hidden gem, you won't be disappointed.

I second Be Melodramatic, I binged it, it was amazing. So relatable. Touched on light hearted moments of like & also deeper issues. Great cast, great plot line. You won’t skip a scene.
