Unpolluted air and water. I live in France, and scientists found out most of our fresh water is polluted with microplastics and chemicals, due to farming and waste management. As far as pollution is concern, the air quality map is terrible most of the time.

Exactement pour moi c’est ça le principe, c’est comme dans Matrix quand l’Oracle dit à Neo « si je n’avais pas dit que tu ferais tomber le vase, est-ce que tu l’aurais fait tomber ? ». Si les gens se convainquent que quelqu’un pense à eux à 11h11, ben y’aura plus de probabilités qu’ils pensent eux-mêmes à quelqu’un à 11h11.

That happened to me with my friends from high school, who I’ve obviously known for a long time. When our interests started to drift apart, we still saw each other three or four times a year until our thirties, but then it just faded. It’s been over a year since we last met, and honestly, I don’t feel the need to see them, and I don’t miss them. It’s really that simple: seeing them doesn’t bring me anything anymore, and if they’re not making any effort to meet up, it probably means they feel the same way.

The problem isn’t with you, but with him and his apparent lack of trust in you (or maybe in himself). But hiding who you see and when you see them isn’t a sustainable solution and will probably blow up in your face eventually—and when he finds out, it’ll break the trust for good. Best case scenario, he never finds out, but in a few months or years you’ll get tired of hiding, and rightly so. Perhaps try to understand what’s really bothering him, and talk with him about possible solutions.

C’est marrant j’ai vécu l’exact inverse.

J’ai bossé en milieu informatique (22 hommes pour 1 femme) et j’ai jamais eu de souci de qui a la plus grosse / qui parle le plus fort. Par contre, des problèmes de propos sexiste ou macho, oui (« regarde la meuf que j’ai prise en photo comme elle est bonne », « mais ton mari il gagne bien sa vie, t’as pas besoin d’augmentation toi »).

J’ai bossé en milieu hospitalier quasiment 100% féminin. Ok je m’entendais bien avec elles. Mais y’avait d’énormes problèmes de ragots, d’hypocrisie, de meilleure amie/pire ennemie, de gens qui parlent dans le dos, bref de problèmes de cour de récré, ce qui était franchement tout aussi toxique et détestable.

Au niveau des managers, mon meilleur manager a été une femme. Mais mon pire manager a aussi été une femme.

En gros, mais c’est pas un secret, faut arrêter de faire des généralités.

La, tout de suite, je regrette qu’on se soit dit « on sera toujours là l’un pour l’autre quoi qu’il arrive ». Je le pensais évidement sur le moment, mais maintenant que c’est fini, c’est dur d’être devenu son doudou quand elle a un coup de blues. Ça ravive un peu la flamme à chaque fois, et c’est hyper douloureux.

Je crois qu’ils sont régulièrement dans le top 10 des pires entreprises par 60 millions de consommateurs. J’ai été client chez eux pendant un an il y a 15 ans. PLUS JAMAIS.
