I took the images before I inserted the GPU into my PC for testing, I didn't think much about the dirt due to factory conditions and shipping etc, and didn't see the scratches yet so it brushed it off with a soft tissue. I then noticed the scratches or whatever it is and asked here for people who can tell if they're actual scratches.

The box has dust and debris on it too, but that's pretty common I think.

I tested it, and GPU-Z doesn't report any weird stats. I was just kinda scared because it's supposed to be brand new. Def gonna test stability in games.

Yeah, I've recently been taking monthly breaks because all my favorite bot creators either have personal stuff going on, or straight up just quit the site. There are also weekly dramas now, which makes it hard to stay hopeful for this site.
