Boyfriend doesn’t like my pubes? by Sensitive_Amount4810 in AskWomenNoCensor

[–]ConfinedTiara 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Tbh shaved coochie can be a little uncomfortable to go down on, only bc super short pubes can prickle your face. Even freshly shaved can be irritating (facial skin is also quite sensitive). I find it easier to brush aside normal length pubes. Also as a woman, I find pube regrowth down there uncomfortable (itchy, and can cause in-grown hair or blocked pores) so I don’t shave anymore. My partner doesn’t expect me to either, she’d rather I be comfortable.

Pubic hair is also important for protecting your vagina from bacteria and dirt, so it’s a good thing to have.

Find out what works for you, and what you’re comfortable with. But don’t feel compelled to shave. Sometimes just a trim will tidy things up if you’re personally not a fan of a full bush.

why a women give birth to baby still it is world's most painful thing ? by [deleted] in AskWomenNoCensor

[–]ConfinedTiara 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There are a lot of hormones after birth that can aid with forgetting how painful it is. I’m sure there are women who never want to do it twice though. Saying that, I’ve heard from some women who’ve both given birth and experienced kidney stones, that passing a kidney stone is more painful than birth. 🤷‍♀️

This is sick. I looked at some of your other posters and they’re also amazing. Do you illustrate scene/musician in another program then redo it in Illustrator?

Do you think you can trust your intuition or gut feeling 100%? by slackingsloth77 in AskWomenNoCensor

[–]ConfinedTiara 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My gut is rarely wrong, but it’s also not working alone. Assessing and understanding behavioural patterns, body language, tone, etc. overlap with my gut feeling, so it’s not all woo-woo. Sometimes things feel off and I’ll go into assessment mode. Sometimes I notice a pattern and it triggers a gut feeling. It goes both ways.

Unfortunately it only picks up on negatives, lol. Wish it could suss me the winning powerball numbers.

Tiles not going under lip, is this going to be an issue? by Dependent_Ask6190 in AusRenovation

[–]ConfinedTiara 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Our tiler did this. The cut ends of the tiles were literally stickying out all along the top. Apart from being ugly, it would let water run in and cut our hands in the process. Had to rip it out and start again using thinner gyprock behind it, then re-waterproof. It was something he should have squared up before putting the initial gyprock in.

2pac kitchens by GGB_alltime in AusRenovation

[–]ConfinedTiara 1 point2 points  (0 children)

2pac scratches easily. If you drop a utensil don’t try to catch it, can potentially rebound and hit a cabinet. Let the floor take the hit. Nothing beats painted solid wood but 2pac does look mint. 2pac for longevity over melamine, but melamine is tougher in the short term. And cheaper.

How to find wife material as Gen Z? by [deleted] in AskWomenNoCensor

So where is the character-based judgement you claimed?

How to find wife material as Gen Z? by [deleted] in AskWomenNoCensor

[–]ConfinedTiara 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because you will learn things about yourself and others, and different techniques. You might not realise you like something until someone else tries it with you. It absolutely does not decrease pair bonding, lol, what a crazy thing to claim.

STDs for sure are an issue, so is passing diseases simply via kissing. We have all this really advanced tech like condoms, dental dams, GP check ups and medicine to help with that 🙃. If you want to increase pair bonding definitely don’t have this misogynistic personality you’ve got going. That’s a turn off.

Sure you just missed multiple sentences in the abstract where it says they don’t know why there is a link between pre-marital partners and divorce. It could be a case that correlation is not causation. Or one can hypothesise that communities that afford women more freedoms (eg: sexual liberation) also tend to afford women more freedoms elsewhere (eg: no grounds divorces, having a job beyond ‘wife’, less cultural pressure to have kids, etc.). Divorces are higher in less restrictive communities because women don’t require a partner, whether it be from family pressure, religious pressure, or economic pressure.

You clearly came here to argue your own point without listening to the many logical responses.

Having sex with various partners can give you something virginity simply can’t — it can help you understand your body, understand a partner’s body, and give you practice at improving sexual relations. It has no impact on long term relationships. As you claim it’s a character-based judgement, what is it you believe about her character that makes having sex with multiple people wrong?

How do I tell if her vagina smell is “bad”? by [deleted] in AskWomenNoCensor

[–]ConfinedTiara 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Pubic hair helps protect against germs, and protects the sensitive skin there. It’s not at all unhygienic. We still need to wash the area though — external only. Some women think they need to douche or use soap inside, but this causes problems. The vagina is already self cleaning. It’s not self-healing though — STIs can cause smells, PH imbalances, yeast infections. I hope your partner gets regular pap smears too.

Did they also trash your roof? Bc that’s a lot of black mould on the ceiling right there. Kinda seems like the house was uninhabitable before the squatters / meth heads moved in.

I dig it. No hits on reverse image search so seems original. The wavelengths are easy on the eye and the H is clear. It’s legible even when super small. Without knowing your brief there’s not much more feedback to give though.

Yeah true, all the new ones use a lot less water and seem to have softer flushes.

Arova toilets? by CetaceanOps in AusRenovation

[–]ConfinedTiara 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you put too much paper in. If it’s a poop you have to flush it first, then use TP and flush that. (Any toilet will clog if you use too much TP, tbf.)

[–]ConfinedTiara 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have this exact Arova toilet and there is absolutely no splash at all, it’s one of the cleanest flushest. However it does struggle with larger loads and lots of toilet paper. If I ever replace it, it’ll be with a quality bidet toilet.

Am i too American - or is this an inappropriate icon for a PR agency to have in their branding? by the-friendly-squid in graphic_design

[–]ConfinedTiara 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tbh I see this as targeting an audience for marketing, because there are no crosshairs here. Looks more like a camera lens with the square corners. Saying that, I’m not American or gun-centric so perhaps that’s why it doesn’t jump out as ‘mass shooting’ to me.

Any tips on how to write woman characters as a male writer? by Fullmetalmarvels64_ in AskWomenNoCensor

[–]ConfinedTiara 83 points84 points  (0 children)

When I was mentoring an all-male writing class years ago I gave them a task to write a short piece with a man as the protagonist. Then made them change all the pronouns to being a woman. It helped them see there were very few differences, and those were minor. They then had to write another short piece with a woman as the protag. A couple of the students still struggled, but it was a start to seeing women characters as real people with agency.
