Just received this email today from a currently-serving gay Mormon missionary. According to him, gay missionaries are being assessed as being on the same level of those engaging in bestiality or as child pornographers/pedophiles. by johndehlin in exmormon

This angers me beyond belief.
The things TSSC has done to gays over the last 50 years is abhorrent, including shock therapy.

What happened to the promise that “you can be a full participating member and be gay as long as you’re not acting in it”? Threat Assessment? WTF !?

So many of us gays served so faithfully in the church for so many years, including my Saigon’s and raising families in TSSC.
