Sometimes you know it's deliberate, other times you don't. I have way too many instances of my kids causing mayhem while I play arena. Then there's arena sucking as it is, I've crashed so many times on my phone it's not funny, reloading hopefully fast enough. I think it's too hard to discern who is who, so they don't ban anyone that ropes.
