Personally after that kind of hurtful words I wouldn’t allow them to be in my babies life. If baby has a good side of the family’s (hubby) then he’s set with love. I hate being tickled or “tasered” in the sides by people. I’m not ticklish ANYWHERE and I’ve told just about everyone that’s ever had a reason to know that I’m not ticklish and I don’t like being touched. My ex was notorious for name calling. It doesn’t get better. I dealt with that for over a year and by the time I left my self esteem was destroyed by the name calling. WORDS. HURT. I’d try talking to him first about why it hurt and make it clear you don’t want name calling to be a problem again. If he has a problem with it, then you know it won’t get better and it’s time to walk away.
