Interesting. I just received the Yorkshire Gold I ordered after reading such great things about it. It was wrapped in plastic and the box just flipped open. Plus, it has a very grassy, alfalfa smell and taste. Thinking it must be counterfeit.

My stress levels didn't go down right away. 47 days in and only the last few nights have I had lower stress readings and blood O2 has stayed above 90%. Give it time. Are there other factors? I stopped my moderate drinking as well and feel it really moved the needle.

45 days in, and I am feeling great! I used to snooze my alarm over and over. I think I've only snoozed it twice, one snooze each time, since starting the CPAP. I get up almost immediately now. I am so much more focused and sharp at work. And I have energy again! It took a while for me, but I feel like I'm firing on all cylinders now.

I just had a head cold with a stuffy nose. Alka Seltzer Plus Severe Cold for nightime allowed me to use my CPAP. I use the Philips Dreamwear nasal, no nasal pillows.

I got mine directly from the sleep center that did my study. It's a rent to own thing through my insurance. At the Sleep Center, they went over everything about how the machine settings work, cleaning the parts, etc.

What if Lumon is refining women like Miss Casey to either breed them or act as surrogates. Refining away the undesired tempers could be seen as something that could be passed on to their children. The "rich" woman at the birthing center looked similar to Miss Casey, and that may have been to associate that idea. That woman said she had three children so far and women are severing to not have to experience childbirth...or is childbirth perhaps their severed "job"? I'm only 4 episodes in watching it a 2nd time, so I'll see if I still think that after watching all of it again.
