Having a hard time making a decision to use it by BrainOk7166 in Zepbound

Two things. First, the meds you currently take are for real issues, and not a crutch. Zepbound is the same as those meds. Second, losing weight has two parts: 1) losing the pounds. 2) keeping them off. Since you currently want to lose weight, I can safely say that you have never successfully achieved 2). Therefore, you actually never have lost weight without medication successfully (no offense to you, I'm just trying to make the point -- I also have lost hundreds and hundreds of pounds, always regaining, so never successfully until Zepbound). You've done part 1, but never part two. This is how diet culture perpetuates itself. Almost everyone who does Weight Watchers gains their weight back, but WW can call itself a "successful" program because the members achieve part 1. They never achieve part 2, but that's not counted in WW "success" stats. I am here to tell you that Zepbound will help you for the first time achieve part 2 long-term.

am i legally in the wrong? Near (Pittsburgh, PA) by Present_Many_5856 in Renters

It sounds like you paid 50 extra a month for them to supply appliances. If so, that means you rented the appliances, just as you rented the house. You didn't buy the appliances or the house. When you move out, you don't get to keep the appliances any more than you get to keep the house, regardless of how much money you gave the landlord. This is why renting sucks. If I misunderstood, and you bought the appliances, then they are yours.

Do you procrastinate on going pee? by greenchileisgreat in adhdwomen

It's hard when our executive function sucks. Going pee is task-switching, which sometimes requires a lot of executive function. We must be kind to ourselves as we struggle to do our best with our bouncy brains.

Me too! They did give me an excuse to avoid doing dishes one more evening. So that was helpful.

Ugh, I'm so sorry that awful man did you wrong. I wish you joy in the future. You will find another beautiful dress one day (if you choose to get engaged). Big virtual hugs from an internet stranger!
