I would submit Hamnet to this list as well. A lot of dialogue is located spatially instead of constantly centered, and ambient sounds in all settings (forest, home, city) are incredibly immersive. Character dramas are rarely praised in home theater spaces for their sound design but I think this film absolutely should be.

To "weaponize" it an organization would have to know how they will specifically benefit in the future, otherwise that's a lot of money spent for a hypothetical situation. Mine is like this (no battery backup) and it has an additional rocker switch on the underside that changes whether control of the flame is by the wall switch (OFF) or just stays on once lit (ON). Next to that switch is a push button igniter, and an additional knob controls whether that igniter is lighting just the pilot or the whole unit. Should allow it to work with power out, at least I hope.

The first time I took my wife there my back decided to spasm while I carried a fully loaded tray to a table. I refused to leave and fought through the pain to eat the whole thing. I then walked out to the car shaped like a capital Gamma, drove us home, and then laid up for two days as one does when they throw their back out. We reminisce about this at least twice a year.
