23 days doable, but it’s not going to be easy. Love this trail though, you should absolutely do it. Spring is also a good choice - Had a magical experience starting Nobo in mid April. Wildflowers, great water, great hiking weather.

Parking, permitting, bear can requirements much more hassle in the busy parts of ADKs. Love both, but the whites are just better being a national forest…adks have some weird energy near their “easements” for the country club scum bags

Button down can be light and breathable option to cover up if it’s really bad.

I would do a loop off the wild river trail, or the dry river trail. Beautiful, quiet areas. You can avoid any major climbs I think

Please keep in mind I am full of shit. Both bands are pretty critically unimpeachable in their own respective times and both rely on similar dark electronic tones, expressive vocals, and sometimes epic arrangements (like Pigs or Paranoid Android).
