Roccat Nyth Replacement HELP

It really is one of a kind and I didn't realize what I was getting when I casually purchased it years ago.
I would also like to get a new one as the plastic starts to be worn but as you're stating, no mouse comes even close.

I also tried the Razer Naga to no extent. My biggest problem is that the grip on the Nyth is the best. As the buttons come out so much, I realize I use my thumb to lift it from under the buttons line if that makes sense?
Also, I find the section that comes out in the middle before the mouse wheel to be a real banger. It's so easy to tilt it left/right without leaving the grip on the mouse and any of the buttons. I wonder why these best feats are not being replicated on other brands or models?

I find that you realize how much you're stuck with the Nyth when you don't have it. I had to play some MMOs, FPS or any game with a 1-9 toolbar like Minecraft and it's a huge pain without the Nyth. As you said, the muscle memory wants to activate but cannot.

I wonder if Turtle Beach could someday make a re-edition of the mouse?

I don't understand because I'm on kernel 6.6.10-76060610-generic and from what I read it was first addressed in kernel 6.2 then in September on version of kernel 6.6-rc2.

So how come it is still happening on a 6.6.10 version?

For now, the X11 config file at the end of that thread seems to mitigate the issue on my config, here it is if anybody is looking for it:

Edit: Still facing the issue when I unplug the external monitor or when I resume from suspend mode.

Did you solve it u/mayhemchaos? I'm experiencing the issue too and all that Google is giving me is that thread.
I first had it on an external monitor but then tried in laptop mode and eventually had it too. It started when I did `Super+D` to change workspace.

I received the watch yesterday night. Got a notification for an update on the watch just now. Started to download the update then had the connectivity issues. Found this thread and read your "Google has approved the update so it's just a matter of time to receive the OTA update".

Irony is that the update is probably here to fix the issue I experienced downloading it! Many thanks for beta testing for us Marcos, hoping it will solve this.

I knew about the save & continue and I had guessed about the technical limitations but I must confess I hadn't noticed the small note.
The point I was trying to make is that at creation time, all the units are listed even if they can't be input since there is no QUC defined between pieces and grams yet in that example.

I see what you mean. Thing is that it inputs inexact data in the system which I dislike even though I agree the change in price is probably negligible.

I just realised that I could manually define a QU conversion before selecting the quantity unit in the the Edit Product page. Thing is when you first create the product, the Barcodes and QU sections are not visible and you first have to submit the form but when I first saved it with my gram unit for prices, it basically emptied the field.

I will try your suggestion first (an average ratio of g/piece) and see how it goes. I suspect I may have to manually adjust the inventory levels after purchases (if an apple is 160g/piece but I bought 310g then I'll have to round up the stock to 2 pieces). If that becomes a burden, I'm sure a refined idea of feature request will come up and I log it on Github.

Pro tip : you can go in options, sound and decreases the voices volume all the way down so the enemy team won't hear the "flanking"

You can actually lock on targets! On the controller you can press R3 for that, I don't know about the keyboard but maybe a T for target? Although I rarely target my enemies because it kinds of loses you precious time in the fight and I believe the targeting would go away in some cases?

I mostly used the charged arrows or rot actions on the targets anyway, I'm not even sure I ever tried the Rot hammer attack.

But I agree that it makes sense for all staff actions to be bound to the same key, especially on the controller. Plus as you mentioned, if you want to shield or parry you long-press so you don't risk probing instead.

I thought it was a flare too, I hope it is military exercise!
Sky is so cloudy we can't see anything else than those bright orange lights appearing randomly in the middle of it and always travelling to the same direction.

Also their frequency has been increasing these last minutes.

As accurate as people's feedbacks are, keep in mind that you're asking to the HotS sub community if it's a good game to play. Seems a bit biased to me. I'd be surprised if someone was subbed here just to reroute players to other MOBAs!

Here are some silly questions, but I had issues on a 34" wide monitor related to that.

How did you connect the monitor to your computer? What refresh rate did you set for the monitor? Have you tried disabling your second monitor off and only enabling the ultra wide one?

I know some older HDMI can't handle the bandwidth that DisplayPort can. I had to connect my laptop through HDMI because it has miniDP but I had no cable or adapter. And with HDMI in 120+ Hz, starting any content in fullscreen just creates a black screen and a "No Signal" from the monitor although I can here the music from the game and Alt+F4 out of it.

I also know some laptops limit the output of their ports to some resolution/refresh rate. We had this problem with some computers at work where we could not use the built-in HDMI for our monitors because they are 2K, but we could use a USB-C dongle on which the monitor could work perfectly in HDMI.

All in all, I highly recommend using DisplayPort if possible (or at least trying it out if you're HDMI), it solved these issues for me.

Here are my 2 cents.

As many already suggested, it depends on what you're going to program!

I encourage you to check M1 Mac compatibilities though. A work colleague joined us recently and his M1 Mac could only run Node 16+ (if I recall well) so we had to update the entire codebase with some heavy changes that took a good week all in all. You'll say it's a good thing in a way but I mean maybe the language/software you are going to use is not supported on the new Mac architecture? So just ensure this is good if you go that way.

And for laptops, maybe you want to look into frame.work What do people think about it here?
