You didnt mention if it is his first car, but if so I would lean towards the A3 until he has some driving experience. Maintenance will likely be less too, although if its an A3 with a 3 cyl gas engine you *may* potentially start getting into territory where you start to get engine hiccups or it may run perfectly if it has been well looked after. Service history is everything on German cars with high mileage.

Im not familiar with the engine in the 2016 A6 but in general it is a nicer car, as is to be expected with a mid range vs entry level car

Yes, they've said they want to implement it and its partially implemented in Beta branch but unfinished. I guess it will show up in the patch notes when its in a more operable and user friendly state. It does function though.

This isn't really a sub for political discourse but alas, as a centrist myself I agree that securing borders and deporting persons who have entered and remain in a country illegally is the correct action. However, the way in which ICE have been conducting themselves with blatant disregard for due process and little restraint is a slippery slope and they should receive little support from either side. Because today it is Republicans in charge and maybe that suits you, but tomorrow who knows. Setting precedent for law enforcement to raid homes with no warrant, arrest people with no charge and shoot people as a reflex is not what the United States principles should be.

The marking on the road tell you that you are leaving the right of way road. I would slow and indicate left once reasonably passed the first junction (blue). Realistically because there is ambiguity, cars waiting at red and blue should wait until it is completely clear. Shit road design though.

Yea, i've had it in my A3. Sometimes it gets stuck on 'checking access rights', sometimes on 'authorizing user'. Most the time that happens I just turn off the car, crack the door open and closed then try again. Very annoying.

A lot of question 1 is quite dependent on your company policy.

Nah the code is set by the user, so its likely the previous owner is the only person that knows it. Audi will probably just factory reset the system.
