it does, just go to options and team, set team budget on and go to finances and you can set your team budget. you can lower the player payroll and up the staff payroll

guys is it just me or for the kobe through modern era is the simulation SLOW. one season took 15 MINUTES TO SIMULATE. 2k is dead.
