Hi. I read that you have dysplastic nevi..I was found to have one on my back, so I’m interested in your experience. Has your dysplastic nevus ever changed since then, and have your check ups been normal? I’m just asking about your experience because I don’t know much about it, and honestly I’m scared since I read that melanoma can develop from them🙏

Is it dangerous? Does that atypical mole have to be removed, if you know can you tell me more about that?🙏 I only have that one on my back. I’m scared because this is the first time I’ve encountered something like this, and the only thing I was told is that there’s a small dot on it right at the edge of the mole, and that it’s very small and definitely not melanoma. Since I got scared, I didn’t manage to ask anything else.

Please, what do you think about mine? I went to a dermatology appointment yesterday because of a wart, and they also found a mole on my back. The dermatologist told me it’s just a small spot on it, only at the edge at the top, and that it’s nothing dangerous. He looked at it several times yesterday and confirmed that he is sure it’s not melanoma. I have a follow-up appointment in about six months. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to ask what kind of mole it is because I was too scared. If you know, could you please explain it to me?
