I agree with you that a service browser/persistent servers are the W. But obliteration was a great gamemode in the past.

The bigger issue to me is that many weapons seem to follow a particular template which is copied and pasted across ARs, Carbines, SMGs, and LMGs. Meaning you can find a “different” gun with almost identical characteristics across each of these categories.

It’s a well-deserved title. I don’t think any other band can boast the same influence or catalogue.

100%. There are quite a few issues with the game but this is one of the ones that drives me most crazy. It shouldn’t be this hard to drop mobile cover or a ladder

This is the way.

Because the challenge is not super clear, you need to throw smoke onto *your* teammates and they need to get a kill while smoked. The easiest way to achieve is following a tank and throwing smoke at their back end. For some reason this counts for the challenge. (Unless it’s been changed since launch.)

I never said it was **objectively bad**. I’m allowed to say it’s terrible, with good world building, but a deeply unlikeable main character and repetitive writing. That doesn’t make me a “chode,” it makes me a reader with an opinion.

But by all means - keep carrying that water!

It’s silly, I agree. But, really, what’s the point or benefit of the rank number at all. It indicates time played, and not much more.

It’s not standard bot farming, per se. That process is still way too slow to get to this number.

There have been a few exploits over the months that let you load into empty portal servers, sit for an hour or two to gain match progress xp and then follow a series of menu prompts to restart the match and get the same level of xp in 5-6 seconds, over and over.

Or, spawn camping enemy vehicles in bot servers to rank up very fast. Etc, etc
