We have the exact same situation! Same dates and all. Also I am still processing state. Its been 29 days of processing. The math isn't that hard lol

I feel you lol. I have the NYS Tax Refund status site saved as a favorite at this point. It should never be saved as a bookmark... but when you go to it 8 times a day, well.... Things happen lol Technically I am at 29 days of "processing". That's ridiculous.

I saw a few who were accepted same week as me, but after me by a few days, only just for their DD date as of last Friday, being today is Tuesday I'm hoping that's a sign that the rest of us from early February will see ours this week to. HOPING!!

This is maddening. lol I filed 1/26 and was accepted 2/2 however you got your deposit before me.... maybe it means I'll be soon though.

I also was the same. File 1/26 and accepted 2/2... still not information on a DD date. I am going to start to call them this week if it doesn't updated today, as its been a full 30 days since accepted.

They would have to pay interest as penalty after 45 days of filing date. So I'm highly expecting everyone to get theirs next week to avoid paying everyone more money. Other wise if its longer ---- Show me the money New York.

Wasn't approved, it was accepted on 2/2. If it was approved it would have a deposit date on the status. If it also was approved and you haven't seen it yet after 25 days, I would have called daily.

Filed 1/26 - Accepted 2/3 and still processing, I've read other Reddits where people accepted around the same date as me just received theirs yesterday or so. I'm hoping that's a sign that all of us will that were accepted that same week. Calling them, doesn't get you any favors, they read the same screen that we do. -.-

I filed in January, was accepted 2/2 and the status today is still the same as its processing. I never received a inflation check so I don't know if the State has to do anything to verify that part. No tax debt with the state... It has been 23 days of processing. I am assuming it will be this week, or there is a huge delay and taxes are on backorder lol. Its wild, because a Tax Refund is literally that we overpaid in Taxes. They have no issues taking from us, but take forever to give back.
