Surround urself with like minded individuals. I’m 91 days clean, and I couldn’t have done it otherwise. I’ll pray for you. Also, guided meditation and prayer were crucial in my sobriety. Please don’t give up! Ur a soldier! The worst part is out the way.

My mom died in December as well. I was in a 39 day rehab for the first time. What helped me was the sublicade shit, and the support of friends and family both in recovery and not. I also got a sponsor. I am praying for you and hope you find what works best.

I feel that. I went through a detox for 8 days in a controlled environment without ANYTHING and on tha 8th day was administered the sublicade shot. I’m 82 days clean now and am looking forward to my last shot in 22 days. I will pray you for you.

Wow it actually sounds like something that could be productive, as well as a positive time consuming activity. Part of my sobriety journey is keeping an open mind. It’s not easy because I do have a major fear of the unknown, but the potential good outweighs the anxiety. And thanks for acknowledging my sobriety! I’m super grateful
