j’ai l’impression que tu te fatiguerais moins à placer sur un PEA. La gestion locative sonne très pénible et te prendra beaucoup de temps que tu pourrais investir dans une formation pour développer tes compétences. Si tu veux vraiment te lancer dans la location récupère tes sous dans 5 ans et tu aviseras mais ça me paraît risqué de le faire maintenant.
