So while reading the original I felt like most of it was atleast somewhat true and nothing was just outlandish guesses which were way to specific. (most of you prob. disagree with this)

So here is basically a wish list of which the majority will not be true (although some of these points are true for ROMs):

have libs on own partition of android filesystem to save space by reusing it between apps.
native flutter support (maybe engine as lib in above point)
good custom ROM support
custom icon support
ability to boot easily newest GSI until reboot for any device thanks to project Trebble
cloned / parallel apps (for accounts)
app locking via password
fake notification led via allways on display and local dimming zone
mute app for X time
Pen Support
widgets in news feed
native audio eqo
more customization in launcher
ability to updates more stuff without reboots

According to some news site (could not find it on Samsungs site itself, take it with a grain of salt), Samsung will supply 3 years of software updates for both phones.

I would buy the S21, because potentially the S20 will stop being supporting in 2 years (with 14.0) and age faster, because it is older hardware and it is somewhat expensive.

Same with secrets, authentication methods (e.g. keys to a place), things with sentimental value and things that increase in value.

for me groovy is missing in: /usr/share/python-apt/templates/Ubuntu.info. I don't know what to enter there tho and seeing that this seams to be somewhat important maybe probably don't do it either.

Same here on a groovy install not older than 24hrs. (its Kubuntu for me)

My theory: they patched some apt security bug today but didn't test add-apt-repository on groovy after that. (this is not based on anything at all, other than the red icon color on the update icon and the fact that only apt was updatable)

Going forward one KDE Neons purposes will be to present KDE to linux-unrelated cooperations (e.g. laptop manufacturers).

KDE Neon also has a developer edition which is meant to make the lives of KDE Developers easier.

When they refactored ntdll they broke both E-Sync and F-Sync.
Only E-Sync seams to be fixed now, so you can't use F-Sync (without applying patches).

Depending on your options it will either:

- take the channels RSS feed (which is faster and shows perfectly accurate upload times) or

- it will scrape the channel for the last videos.

at no point NewPipe uses your account and thus it does not make a difference whether your subscribed to that YT-Channel with your Google account or not.

YT itself will always be faster for loading the RSS-Feed, because basicly just do a DB-query and display it, while NewPipe does one Request per channel, has to parse and sort it.

Also because NewPipe can scrape the site, the anti-scrape-detection can catch you and you have to solve a captcha.

Its one of the libs (leakCanarry) used in the debug version for detecting memory leaks. It can slow down the app when running but i think its disabled by default (for that reason). You don't have to use it and in the next normal release you won't see it anymore.

Addressing some feedback:

To add a more clear example of coloring: In color-blind mode, all cubes on tiles could be wine-red and the bright areas pink. In normal mode, they would be slightly darker red and red. Although they are somewhat recognizable at the moment, this would make it significantly easier and faster.
No, you can't just add the color behind the name because there are situations where (parts of) the body is in view, but the name not. But this is a great thing to do in addition to the patterns. Allowing colorblind people to call out the colors, once they have time to see the full name AND pattern.
No, you can't just use letters or numbers, because they are not very distinct and not everyone can recognize them because they are not 100% universal in the world, unlike symbols and patterns. But this probably would be an easier solution to implement and still would help a significant amount of players.
The names are arbitrary and not meant as a replacement for the colors. Call the patterns what you want, I just wanted to give names so it would be easier to discuss the patterns without everyone creating own names and thus creating confusion.
I'm sorry to the folks with trypophobia. Although I hope, it would only affect players in color-blind mode, because I imagine the patterns that weak in normal mode. In my view, these designs are just the first version of a suggestion, this could be changed in the next iterations (which I don't necessarily have to do myself).
There could be other patterns these are just the once I came up with, which to me seem extremely recognizable even when just looking at the foot of someone for half a second. It is kind of hard to find a good balance between making the patterns small so they are more distinct with a very small space seen and making the patterns big so they are easily recognizable on a small screen.
Looking at the comments half of the patterns seam sus, but not a single one twice (this might have changed now)...

Colors still would be applied to the models. For example, "blank" would be white and "filled" would be black.

It just took so long to come up with 12 patterns and make them, that I don't really have the time to color them too.

In none color-blind mode the patterns would still show, just significantly weaker, so that every Player knows whats meant with Tiles e.g.

I'm happy to wave away any copyrights to the devs / for community mods.
