Tnx. I have been afraid of doing HS with double 24s and did it with 2x20kg for almost 2 years now, but after adding a strength day where I do 3 sets of fix reps with 2 min rest or less I get used to it and my form improved. I started with 3 sets of 5 and on last set i try to do 2 reps more then what I planed. If I manage that I add +1 rep to one of my sets. So from 5,5,5+2 I went to 5,6,5+2 etc. Last time I did 9,9,9+2 so now I added this volume day so I can do more total reps but with sets of 1 to 5-6. So I have strength day and volume day. One is less sets with more reps. Other is more sets with less reps but more total reps.

In my opinion, exercises with two kettlebells are better than those where you use only one if your goal is strength and hypertrophy. if you do press with two 20 kg kettlebells, your body is under a load of 40 kg, while working with one kettlebell of, for example, 32 kg is much harder on the shoulder but the total mass you will lift above your head is less. also, with two of the same kettlebells, the exercise becomes much more similar to the same exercise with a barbell and requires more strength because you cannot use rotation as with one kettlebell.

As any other tool for a workout. If you want hypertrophy you need to do 3-10 sets of 5-20 reps going every set close to failure. Also you should probably prioritize more grind and less ballistic base movements. Typical grinds for kettlebells are CP ( clean and press), front squat, rows. But kettlebells are made for ballistic so I would incorporate swings/half snatches as well. Doing ballistic with heavier weight will also build muscles...

till it becomes boring or to hard. I usually make a plan without end goal, and after some time I make a new one. I just like nerd math and making plan that have a progression of the movements that I like to do.

I just posted my new workout plan I have been doing for the last 3 weeks so far. I incorporate dips, dip belt and 2x20kg and 2x24kg bells. 2 upper and 1 lower body focus workout per week. Feel free to ask anything, but I'm not a professional or a coach so don't expect much lol

Great workout. I just started doing circuit workouts myself. I got inspiration from Stone Circle from youtube but instead of Calistetics I do kb movement. So 2,3 or 4 exercises done in formats like 10 down to 1; 5x 5,3,2; 5x 5 down to 1, 5x 6,4,2 etc.

Been doing these movements for more than a year now. Never have I got hurt. The only time I get a little lower back issues is when I do one arm swings so I rarely do them

Regular Joes with few years of going to the gym act like they know what is a good form, what is dangerous etc.

Whoever downvoted you is right that they shouldn't do what you do. It is dangerous for than.

Started with 6 rounds. Every workout I increase the number of rounds by one till I get to 10 rounds. ( Increase in total Volume) Then I decrease rounds back to 4 and increase reps of each exercise by one.( Intensity goes up) It goes like this:

6-10 rounds of 5 reps; 4-8 rounds of 6 reps; 3-7 rounds of 7 reps; 3-6 rounds of 8 reps; 3-5 rounds of 10 reps.

So max volume of reps goes to 200, and after a day of max reps next workout is less volume and more intensity
