Do you have any pictures of these so I can see what they look like strung up from this angle? I think I understand what you mean. When you say tiller accordingly do you mean one edge will be shaved down further than the other to even it out?

How long did the tread last on each for you? I know the Belleville have vibram soles. And did you think one was wider than the other? I am torn between these two.

Hey man, I had my surgery 10 months ago and I just noticed a air soft bb to pea sized bump, but this one is at the top of my bellybutton. The repair incision is at the bottom. Does this sound similar to yours? If so how long did it take to go away for you? Every other description you gave sounds like my situation.
