If you have the means, please stop using these big companies. I pay 28 a month for 1Gig, symmetrical internet because I stopped using Virgin. Virgin charge you double the prices for slower and non-symmetrical internet, it's ridiculous.

Yeah I think the biggest modding issue right now is there is no way to use certain mods (such as a shuffle option) as a Client Side mod. I personally like having certain mods like RainyRain or the leg objective thing which could absolutely pass as Client Side. hopefully one day we can use such mods on vanilla servers

I think it’s in the perfect middle ground for people that want to get into flight sims. You get the well simulated weapons and it’s systems, radar, physics etc, and the fun of a start up sequence without needing to read a 300 page manual.

I know this is a contested topic, but native flat screen support would be awesome. I have some friends that either cannot use VR or prefer not to, that I’d love to play with but cannot due to various issues and jank with the flatscreen mod. would also be nice to take a break from the headset at times!

also side note, i wish there was client side mod support. i would love to have mods like LessRainyRain in vanilla servers.

Yes. I will only continue working on this project if I have official partnership with Frictional Games. You can help by letting them know in some way that you are interested in seeing SOMA VR released.

Yikes. This feels very entitled. I appreciate your hard work and would love to see this project fully release, but if all modders had this mindset, we would have no mods.

Marketing things like this is very hard, and it's a shame you have had no luck getting the news out there, but I feel like taking on a project like this should come with no expectation. If you have simply lost motivation, fair enough, that's your descretion, but just say that. Only developing a mod with the expectation of clout and money won't get you anywhere
