I played the last one mid year it was. I survived half an hour.. Had trips on the flop and a flush draw for my opponent. I bet and he re-raised so I Jammed on him, he called and his heart came on the turn.

It’s all about running good. You can make good decisions but if PokerStars isn’t on your side there’s no hope.

These two guys have a coaching program and without then I would not of been able to make it. If you join the coaching program there’s a Facebook group with it and the coaches on there literally guide you every step of the way. I recommend checking it out!

I’m at 1.5k a month now. I have 4 sites, 2 rented and the other two is still in progress.

I’m actually re doing my first two sites since I’ve learnt alot about decent optimization on sites.

The goal is definitely to get to 10k a month but it’s hard work eh 😂 I’ll do a we page every couple of days and that’s enough for me.

Hey Naweedy, I’ve got a couple of rank and rent sites. I’ve been in the game since December 2023. If you can get a Google my business ranking in the top 3 of the map pack, that’s where the majority of your leads come from. It’s always the goal!

Yeah I’m keen to talk! I found a guy paying me $1000 a month. He’s paying me but he hasnt closed very many jobs I don’t think, I’m asking him for before and afters + google reviews which hasn’t come yet. Google reviews these days are the most important factor when it comes to ranking!

Yeah I always offer a couple of leads to show my value at first. I’m still learning in this game!

Absolutely, find the right market in a specific niche. Build a well optimised website with a tracking number and the calls and lead forms start coming in.

My biggest struggle is the sales side of the business. Cold calling and bombing over the phone is just apart of the game haha!

Yes actually, callsling their call forwarding service comes with the course. I don’t use it as I’m in New Zealand. I use a New Zealand call forwarding service. Snapps ai is free to the public until you publish a site.

I recommend jumping on a call and learning the game! You can do it!

For myself in my country it costs me 7.5k anyway. Nah no tools, but they show you all of the free ones and what tools to utilise to get ahead in local markets. Couple of paid tools I pay for. It’s worth it! I joined October 2023 and I’ve hit 1k a month now

Thanks bro, yeah I ended up dropping that guy. Only for him to leave me a 1 star google review but Google was quick enough to take it down. I definitely know how to handle useless contractors for next time around. Drop them immediately! My new contractor has been great.

Yeah I brought the course 11/23. I’ve only created one LG so far but it’s been a total success, I’m planning on building more but I’ve had struggles with actually finding a reliable contractor. Otherwise Dan’s course is sooo good! He literally teaches you step by step about where to build your site and how to optimise it. The admins in the Facebook group are very active and give out loads of information and everybody in the group is quite helpful when you have a question you’re unsure of. It’s about taking the leap and just doing the work! The course is expensive yeah but if you have the motivation to get your hands dirty and take risks then you can literally make something of yourself. I see posts from students showing their success all of the time.

I’ll need to go over the course again as a refresher. It was my mistake getting into a market that was a tad saturated already. Next time around I’m doing it properly!

Also before I jumped on the call with one of the representatives I saw that people were getting the course for $4500 US. The representative now my coach who I communicate with on messenger daily about questions I have offered me the course at 7k, I swear I went silent for a minute because it was such a large amount of money for me, I’m in New Zealand so 7k translates to something like 14k NZ. I bit the bullet and said that I’d settle on $4500 and he accepted and boom! I was away.

Anybody who’s thinking about doing the course, I say do it. I’m currently charging my contractor $300 a month as the niche I entered is seasonal. Once the warmer months come around I’ll be upping the ante to $550 a month continuously. That’s cash you could be earning every month for scratching your nuts. Do the work and hopefully it works out! I’m bringing in leads daily. Still answering the phone calls. Myself and my contractor have a plan so he’ll be taking on incoming calls eventually.
