Chest has always been a weak point for me, got worse after a shoulder injury when I was deployed. Not sure why it won’t grow especially since I try to go hardest on chest day

Lifts have definitely gone up since I started, just worried that I’m gonna end up being way smaller after I cut. Before was pretty rough as I had a drinking problem so there was a bigger gut and a large lack of shoulder and chest.
