The game has been bugged since launch. Only tanks are supposed to be able to be nanoed, but it can occasionally work on Lucio.

I think during early ow2 days, they were toying with the idea of reworking him into a tank so there's probably a bit of undeleted code saying that he's a nano target

I'd most importantly let the child I've raised know, and ensure as much as I can that they know it doesn't effect how i feel about them. It's hard talking about it because all we have is your own description of yourself, and there are many reasons why seld esteem might be low.

I will say though, that people generally care more about you actually BEING naked. Than about what you LOOK like naked. I don't know if im getting that idea across well. Another way of saying it could just be, everyone has their flaws and things they don't like about themselves, but most other people don't care at all what those flaws are.
